Disgrifiad

This clip shows a group of intermediate learners who practise using the passive/past participle by making news headlines. The IWB flipchart was prepared to give feedback to the learners. By clicking the yellow star;the important facts of the headline was given;e.g. Will Smith – to see – city centre. The learners were then asked to use the past participle to create a news headline in a passive form.

Previously;they have matched halves of news headlines and have discussed how news headlines are created and which form they have to focus on. Later on;they will have the chance to create their own news and present those to the class.
