The media portal offers over 3,000 teaching materials on scientific, technical, social, ecological, and cultural topics to help primary and secondary school teachers create diverse, contemporary lesson plans. All the materials are available in German (Deutsch), and many are now available in English and Spanish as well. The free media are designed for use in preschools, primary schools, and secondary schools.
The portal includes both single media such as interactive graphics, animations, videos, audio files and information sheets, as well as thematically grouped media packages.The media portal’s content packages have been specially designed for use with interactive whiteboards.
