In the first clip, we hear an audio recording made by one student in advance of her class presentation. Extracts have been edited into a video clip for this website using some of her slides.
Unlike the majority of the class, Sonia requested teacher feedback on a version of the talk recorded at home, in case there was insufficient time at the final class meeting for her presentation. The teacher was able to listen online and provide feedback via e-mail, which the student could review while listening to her recording again.
In the event, she was able to give her talk in class, and it is interesting to compare the homework version and the second, live version, with the benefit of feedback.

Pour la gestion du projet, j’ai tout enregistré et orchestré avec les outils de Google, à savoir Google docs, forms, et sheets. Toutes les infos du projet était consultables dans le manuel du projet, un Google doc partagé avec tous les élèves qu’ils pouvaient et consulter. Pour ma part, j’ajoutais des infos à fur et à mesure qu’on avançait dans le projet.
Quand les élèves avaient des choses à présenter ou à partager, les ‘produits du projet’, ils m’envoyaient le lien par formulaire. De cette façon j’avais tout à portée de main, toujours et partout.
Les autres outils que j’ai employés sont Padlet et Kahoot.
J’ai constaté que les élèves auraient aussi aimé avoir le manuel du projet sur papier. Le fait de devoir chercher le lien vers le manuel tout le temps les dérangeait un peu. Pour certains, le projet durait trop longtemps, ils voulaient aussi avoir des cours plus classiques, des cours de grammaire, etc.
